Id prefer to have a trailer hitch type but its a lot of $ to get one fitted to the car, 300 approx all in as its 100 sterling to buy in norn iron without fitting.

Anywho, whats everyone’s experience? Should I just get the hitch fitted to the car?

getting straight to the point here... You just said that you would prefer the hitch mount carrier.. ya cant have that without a hitch.. so GO ON get a hitch fitted :):)

Get a good Hitch mount rack and you will never look back they are a great piece of kit :)

it worth the extra bobs as a regular non hitch fit will wreck your head if you are using it often... 15 minute messy fit as apposed to a 2 minute easy fit :)

    I think I will do.
Will phone around tomorrow to see what a hitch will cost.
