bulk emails ?

    Hi,

    I have a folder in ms outlook.
    200+ emails from various folks, to whom I wish to reply to all of them in 1 email (all in bcc)

    I know when 1 email is selected I can do a "reply all" but when I select a few emails, this is not selectable.

    question - how do I send an email to these 200 folks without having to copy and paste each email address into a new email ??

    You can create a mailing list.

    Then add that mailing list to Bcc.

    I nderstand the dist list alright, when taken from a contact list

    but I want to make a dist list/email from a group of emails - folder with 200+ emails in it - without having to copy/paste

    any other ideas ?
