Colour printers

Does anyone know how to work the colour printer in the Concourse? I sent the doc to be printed, logged in on the PC beside the printer, sent the job, it charged me and didn't print. Is there something silly I'm missing?

Are you sure you sent it to the correct printer?
Have you checked the print-collection room down the back of the concourse on the ground floor near the IT building?
