I have an interview for the new Captain America's opening in Blanch tomorow. I was just wondering if anyone here has ever worked there/is currently working there and if you could give me some ideas about:
The best thing to wear for this interview, the work environment of CA (casual, serious, fun, repetitive, challenging etc) and an idea of what they might be looking for in a prospective employee. Thanks!

Hi, I have an interview there tomorrow too.
Are you as nervous as I am? lol

You were wondering about what to wear? I'm just keeping it smart/casual: black skinny jeans, kinda dressy top and ballet pumps. I read somewhere that employers take hair into account, particularly when the job is in a restaurant, like this one, so if you have long hair, you might benefit from tying it up.

I've never worked in a place like this before but I'm a regular for cocktails in Captain America's in Grafton Street and it seems pretty laid back. The waitresses always seem happy and I've never once seen a manager there looking over their shoulder (like in certain jobs).

    Best of luck hun :)

    Jeans? To a job interview?

This is a hip teen-oriented place which focusses on loud noises and fun moreso than the quality of its food.

They'll be looking for outgoing, smiley, attractive young people. So scrub up as if you were going on a night out, wear fashionable clothes and be happy and chatty, and you'll be in with a good chance.

I just wore jeans, black boots and a shirt in the end. It seemed to go well. How did yours go?
