alright everyone looking for opinions on something.

having ready the stickies one point that jumpe out at me was to like what your eating for your diet

I cant say i'm mad for salads and the other healty options that arre often listed for dieting.

I'm currently 99kg and 6 ft so i'd like to drop to 89kg stone anyway maybe even 86kg. I am aware that its more about losing body fat rather than actual mass but i want some assistance on diet and work out training.

    Diet would be
    breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: roast dinner i.e. chicken/bacon/beef/etc with Potatoes & veg
    Tea: Bowl of cereal

now i am aware that the cereal wouldnt be the best thing to for for tea and the potatoes are carbs and for weight loss they possibly shouldnt be included. If I'm honest there would be the odd chocolate bar/crisps thrown in there as a snack.

So for the next 3 weeks( i'm ging on hols after that but it'd be a temporary interruption) i propose the following diet:

    Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Tuna sachets, chicken with veg no potatoes in small portions
    Tea: Eggs
    snacks;apples, bananas

i would intened to drink water over over other minerals. is there anything else i should inlcude or eclude or any other ideas for foods to include?

I aim to lose the weight to improve my sports performance. I am currently training intense cardio 2 to 3 times a week for GAA. I aim to do some gym sessions on the threadmill mainly trying to run fast mile distances (7 min miles) and then some distance work on top of that. I need to develop some core exercises to aid with back/hamstring problems. I also want to include some arm/shoulder/chest exercises to stay strong/ try tone up a bit.

Can people offer any training tips for GAA fitness i wouldnt have great stamina and very little speed. the gym i use does not have olympic lifting squatting machines or things lik that so i think its threadmill for me with the ocasional venture to the field/beach/woods.

    Opinons welcome!
