Quick summary?

Hello everybody!
I have been a lost fan since the very start, but unfortuneately i have missed good chunks of this seasons episodes because im doing my leaving cert....

Anyway is there a summary i can watch to get me up to date before the finale? You know kinda like the ones they they have before each new season.

There are 2 of everybody now except dead people.There are only one of them.There is a bald man who is made out of smoke that can fly and another man who drinks magic juice and has superpowers.There is one other man who has more superpowers than everybody and he is trying to get everyone together at a concert so they can watch the finale together.

I think I covered everything there.Sorry it it's a bit complex but it's a big big show.

If I was in that position I would have taken the day off study and gone on a day long Lost-a-thon before watching the finale.
