    Has anyone had any success making Ginger Beer? I'd love to give it a try, but not sure if i have the confidance! Any recipes?

    Not tried it myself, but received wisdom seems to be about 15-25g of fresh grated ginger at about 5 minutes from the end of the boil. Here's a recipe.
