Blocking someone on Facebook

I've done it before, and it was as simple as going to privacy and putting their name in the search engine and pressing block. But this time, the person's name didn't come up. I'm afraid she might be unsearchable and thus unblockable. Is there any way around this?

And for some background, this person sends me friend requests persistently - at least one every few weeks. Now, she's sent me two this week alone. I've successfully blocked two of her accounts, but now she has a new one. I don't want her having any sort of access to my information or page because the time she did - years ago - she abused it to the point where I had to change my contact information.

    Thanks!

I had to find out the person's email address and block it that way.

Although if this person is constantly making new accounts it will be hard to find out the email as they are probably just using disposable free accounts.

Make sure all your security settings are water tight, sorry for your trouble, that person sounds like an ass.

Not much you can do on the system. Even if you block her, she can just set up a new account, or if she is really devious, she can set up a new accounting claiming to be someone else that she knows you know.

Have you tried asking her not to send you any more friend requests?
