2G iPhone help

    Hello,

    I'm trying to give my old 2G iPhone to someone,so reseted it.

    Now it's only showing the apple logo,I held the home button and top button then turned on again and 15 mins later it's still on the apple logo.

    I plugged into iTunes to sernif I could restore it,but it doesn't seem like iTunes knows it's plugged in.

    Please help :(

    Looks like I've sorted it thanks to google,panicked for a while there.

    Ugggggh

    same thing happened even after iTunes restored/updated.

    Don't know what to do.
