rent supplement never received

    I live in Maynooth and applied for rent supplement in January as part of the BTEA scheme.

    I had to send the forms to a PO box in Dublin as the local office was too busy to deal with rent supplement queries.

    I have not heard anything back and I really need the cash.

    What can I do? They only see 30 people in the Maynooth office each of the two days they open and I would rather get a number to call than take a place and get no answers from the local office.

    I emailed Eamon o'cuiv and got a letter saying they would look into it.
