Hey 27 yr old girl here....yep I've noticed that too. Odd, I just figured everyone was like that!! Personally I shave underarms everyday - shower every evening - and yes there would be a little bit of regrowth by every evening. As for the legs - yeah they feel a bit stubbly by the end of the day. I don't know why, I think shaving encourages the growth!

Speaking as a guy who's shaved for years, shaving definately does encourage growth.

I went through a few years of using a trimer on my face rather than wet shaving and noticed a definate decrease in the growth after half a year or so.
Maybe not a decrease, but a lessening.
I went back to wet shaving and within a few months was shaving twice as regularly.

It's different for everyone, some girls I know can go a good week without feeling like they need to shave... but I'd be able to feel light stubblyness by the end of the day as well. It's annoying, but nothing abnormal! Nothing to worry about, OP.
