    Hi Folks,

Just a reminder that the Limerick Classic & Vintage Car club will be holding their Summer Show on Sunday 30th May.

The show is being held in the same location as last year on a 14 acre tarmac site at Unigolf, National Technology Park, Castletroy, Limerick.
Last year's show attracted in excess of 600 cars and this year we have added attractions such as kiddy rides, bouncing castles etc.

More details and photo's from previous shows are available on the club website :-

I usually blast down to this.
Always a good show and the venue last year was excellent.

Always a good display of classics at this show.
My '76 mini won't be ready so I will have to "steal" the '94 mini when my son isn't looking.

What is the entry fee if you come in your classic?
What is the entry fee if you park in the public carpark and come in as a punter?

Also € 5 for members of the public (Adults).

It looks like a VW & Co. Show Only by looking at the photos and video. Any other cars can enter?

There are usually two sections to this show; 1 side for VW's old, new ,and customised....The other (bigger) section is for all classics.
The VW thing arose about 15 years ago when this club held a show in limerick with an emphasis on Beetles and since then this has evolved into a VW section of the show.
In fairness while i prefer the classics myself it's interesting to see what some people have done with modern Golfs, etc.

    Hi Seweryn / All,

As "mgbgt1978" said, the show isn't only VW's, there is also a good selection of other classics which account for a large part of the show. There are a small selection of photo's from previos year's shows in some of the photo galleries.

    Hi Folks,

We have been getting lots of enquiries regarding what time the show starts over the past few days.

The show will open to the public at 12 mid-day but exhibitors / car owners will be arriving from 8.30 / 9 am onwards.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.
