Is it bad for it. The doctor told me mine is 5.8. I eat well and go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week.

There's nothing in it to cause problems. What's the rest of your diet like?

Also, what is the breakdown on your cholesterol? How does your LDL compare to your HDL, and what are your triglycerides like? Those numbers are more important than the total.

My diet would have been pretty bad up til about 3 months ago. But it is pretty good now, it is usually an egg and brownn bread for breakfast if I don't have that its usually just a few jaffa cakes. I would have an apple and a banna for lunch with hot lemon and honey. I would eat alot of tuna and fish. For dinner its usualy just a meat and carrots. If i have a snack its usually just a bag of popcorn. I've lost about 3/4's of a stone since i went back training. I went from 81kg to 76kg.I'm 5/11.24 years old. I didn't even ask the doctor about the ldl and hl. I would imagine only been .8 over the normal limit isn't too bad anyway

I'd worry much more about the jaffa cakes then the Promax.

Wonderful advertising campaign. They've managed to make people forget the phenomenal amount of sugar in a jaffa cake.

First of all its a cake.
I know I know, i always thought it was a biscuit. But they went to court and all to prove it was a cake for tax (even baked a big one). The difference, biscuit go soft when stale, cakes go hard.

As for your diet, it will take more than 3 months to fix your cholesterol. It was likely higher than it is now 3 months ago
