I finished with my employer in June 2008, did my apprenticeship with him, just the 2 of us in the company. Left for oz in July that year, didn't claim it then as thought it might get better and wanted to keep…

Left for oz in July that year, didn't claim it then as thought it might get better and wanted to keep in with him. He didn't offer it or never mentioned it.

Now realise its not and need the cash badly, do I have any come back or is there anything I can do?

Not a chance...
There is a limit to claim within...
Can't remember but it's about 10 or 13 weeks...

Google it.. or look in Citizens Advice website
