    Roughly each day:
    bowl cornflakes,2 slices toast,cup tea
Cornflakes are full of sugar, toast is bad carbs plus butter. It should be obvious this isn't great. A bowl of porridge and two eggs is far better and less calories.

    apple
    yougurt
apple is ok (still high is sugar mind), yogurts vary from good to very bad depending on sugar content.

    snicker bar
    are you taking the piss

    salmon/steak/chicken,2 spuds,carrots,brocolli glass milk
about a ltr water throughout day
I'd go easy on th spuds and up the green veg. Portion size is important with dinners. the glass of milk could end up being a lot of calories. I know guys that drink 1 litre with a meal. Water is better if you are trying t lose weight

Daily workout of approx 20 mins skipping
Throw in some circuit stuff too, bodt weight squats, burpees, tricep dips

I started this 4 days ago.Am I still eating too much or need to work out more?
    Eat better, WO more
