    All,
I just need clarification if a jan 08 uk import audi tdi will be accepted for road tax based on co2 emissions. It as a co2 emissions of 135 non-tdie model.

    Tks,

    (2) NEW PRIVATE CARS - registered between 1 Januray 2008 and 30 June 2008 where CO2 rate is lower than engine capacity (c.c) rate

Tks for that, its just a bit confusing on the motor tax www for cars between 1/08-6/08. They can be based on engine size or co2 emissions.

    Tks,
    Noclee.

Yes tax will be emission based but if its not the tdi e, I doubt it gets down to 135 g/co2
