What happened to Lindsay Lohan? Now she's starring in slasher movies? Isn't that what you do at the beginning of your career rather then the end?
Anyway Ryuhei Kitamura (Versus, Midnight Meat Train) is attached to direct so the movie will at least look well. The film is said to follow a couple that's viciously assaulted. A brother and friends seek out the murderer and come face to face with the infamous serial killer known as Tyler Hillburg.

She is not attached, she was merely a name touted as a possibility, she hasn't even been appproiacehd..Tom Sizemore and Kane Hodder are both involved though the recent addition of Ryuhei Kitamura will no doubt result in the film getting a much bigger push than the usual Joe Knetter film receives.

I'm more interested in Knetter's remake of The Town that Dreaded Sundown than anything else.

I take it you're not a fan of classic slasher cinema otherwise you would know that many of the all time greats including Glenn Forte and Monte Hellman ended their careers in cheap and cheerful slasher films.

    She was never particularly good?

It seems to be acase with a lot of actors nearing the end of their careers where they will take on pretty much anything. As if they just want to churn out as many films as possible before they go. Just look at poor old Dave Carridine, one of his last movies is Dinocroc Vs Supergator.

Looking at Carradine's CV and Dinocroc Vs Supergator could be a high point, he was one of those infuriating actors whom could give a truly gifted performance and then waste all credibility by appearing in bargain basement junk. Then again he learnt from the best bargain basement actor of all time.

Crank 2 was awesome. I think he's going to be remembered for how he died.

Just looking at his filmography. Epic Movie AND Hell Ride? Poor guy. :(

Depending on how Lindsay Lohan fares on Machete when released. If she does do well, some more roles will open for her but can't see much happening after that.

Let's be honest, Lindsay Lohan hasn't had a significant role in a relevant film for years. At this stage everyone just sees her as a joke so she needs to get work where she can get it. A slasher movie is better than no movie at all...and MILES better than "I Know Who Killed Me"...!!

She does have the goods to fit a nice tight vest while running though..

Isn't that the stupid movie where
her limbs start falling off because her twin sister is being cut up? And where the cops could of ended it early by checking out ANY ONE OF HER CLAIMS
