I was working part time and claiming JSB for the other days so i was fillling in the little yellow slips and dropping them into the SW office.
I've been totally unemployed for the past couple of weeks and have just run out of the yellow sheets, and didn't receive any more in the post.

Do you only fill them out when you are working part time? Or even when you unemployed, are you meant to be getting them and sending them in?
    Thanks.

If you are finished with that employer, and will not be going back in the next few weeks. You need to go to your local office, and come off the Casual Dockets, and go on to a signing "Hatch".

Bring your P45 if you have it. It should be a straightforward process, as you have already demonstrated that you meet the conditions of JSB.

Yes. Pretty much. Sounds like the office didn't explain it well.
