The Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a major severe weather outbreak today and/or tonight.

Upgraded to the rare High Risk now...

Some chasers are streaming live already

For anyone new to this, a popular chaser is Tyler Costantini who streams not only live video but also audio while chasing and you can contact him via email etc. while he is on the road in a rough "live show" format : http://www.severestudios.com/cgi-bin/player.pl?username=tyler.costantini&uid=157

Great stuff above Maguiladora, thanks for getting the thread going,

    High Risk

This could get very very dangerous for the people living in or around the Oklahoma City Metro and suburbs, and pretty much all of Oklahoma State.

    Yep, very dangerous situation.

I'll be back on about 10pm.

Things should be starting fire up then.

    Let's hope we don't get another.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1999_Oklahoma_tornado_outbreak

Another funnel on Michael Pare's stream.

Argh, the streams are dying as soon as anything interesting happens!

Edit : That may have been the same funnel I was watching 10 mins ago on TVN.

To be honest now, we'll probably have a better chance of seeing something from the media stations over SS for now :P,

Tylers stream going steady so far, but for how long more?

I remember seeing his stream going fine with 500+ viewers one time and other times it drops out with less than 150 viewers so I think at times it could be his own connection and not SS at fault.

Looks like the chopper on KFOR is in a great position.
