    I know this is a bit late but Milanoo.com generally have good offers on cosplay. Just made sure you're really happy with the picture before you buy it. The Bleach outfit is, in the end, black harem pants and a men's kimono top, so if you don't want to go online your best bet might be Libaas at the bottom of the South Circular Road / top of Harold's Cross in Dublin, or similar.
