A quick question; if I wanted to search for all Judicial Reviews which were reviewing cases to do with a specific topic (like firearms licencing decisions), is there a way to do that, online or offline?

    www.courts.ie
www.irlii.org .... search, Justis and Lexis are useful for older cases and opinions etc.

Yes, but can you search courts or irlii for keywords in current (or even upcoming) cases?

Yep - Courts is a bit crap.

Insert: Judicial Review AND guns OR etc. It's not the most flexible. Generally the Judicial Review proceedings also have a record number with JR in it/them.

Note also, Order 84 of the rules of the Superior Courts is the JR Rule/Order. So in the instance that you know something exists, then try and search for the Order.

The Courts Advanced Search, might scale matters down further. Just my take ....

irlii tends to be easier with google as the engine.
