call 1913 is your best bet, have you 3G signal when trying to receive or send mms?

I'm having the same issue. I tried calling 1913 but they were very unhelpful.

It still says Check multimedia settings to recieve messages.

Here's exactly what I did:

Menu > Settings > Configuration > Personal Configuration Settings >

Server address:
http://mms.um.3ireland.ie:10021/mmsc/

Use Preferred Access Point:
Yes

Access Point Settings > Bearer Settings:

Packet Data Acess Point:
3ireland.ie

Network type:
IPv4
