Just wondering if anyone could help me, I have a radio in my store, but would like to replace it with a TV, would a standard TV license suffice or would I have to get a specific kind of license?

Apologies if this isn't in the right section

If you're only showing RTE, TV3 TG4 you just need the ordinary TV licence. If you're having Sky, you need a Sky commercial subscription which is bloody expensive. Adn they do check and they WILL sue you if they catch you using a domestic account!! You could always get a free sat dish.

If you have a TV and never even switch it on, you need a TV licence. There is no "fancy one" for business.
