...I also have a Ipod Touch. Ideally I would like to have my music and apps on the touch whilst keeping the iphone for calls and apps only. What is the best way to do this. I need to plug the phone into itunes and i'm sure it'll just transfer all my music onto the phone which i don't want to do. Should I just set up another itunes account under a diff log in on my computer or is there an easier way!!

please help soon!!! I really want to use the new phone tonight.

Just plug in the iPhone and tick the items in iTunes that you want to sync, and remove any ticks that you don't want sync'd.

No need to set up a different account in fact that will prob just complicate things more. When you put in your new iPhone it will register as a completely seperate device and you will be able to control exactly what you want and don't want on it. Just use the tabs at the top of the iTunes screen to control musice etc. If you don't want music on it just make sure you don't have the 'sync music' button checked.

You'll probably find that you want need your iPod touch anymore as your iPhone will do both jobs!!!
