    I remember it as well. I think it was on during the school summer holidays mostly. I think the music is more memorable than the actual cartoon!

    I vaguely remember him. He was the boy who was all for good sportsmanship and carried a holdall that he could enlarge at will.

    Sport Billy was created for the World Cup in Spain, IIRC.


    actually, that's completely wrong. Have 1982 stuck in my head for some reason when it comes to Sport Billy....
