    Hi

I hav a specific interest in a case which was recently heard in the commercial court - I can see the court diary and see that the case was heard on courts.ie but don't see any results.

Is there anywhere online that I can review the case results?

    Thanks

High Court search with the parties will give you a limited amount of detail. Otherwise you might have to await a Judgment (that is if one is going to be handed down). The procedures in the Commercial Court differ somewhat to the procedures in other Courts and as such, the hearing might have been some form of Summary issue or interlocutory matter. Your solicitor might be able to advise.

My suggestion above on the High Court search should be accessible on the Listings stub towards the Left Side of the page.

    Thanks Tom,

There's no judgement handed down yet - I saw that the case was won by was just interested in seeing the exact terms of the "win".

    Thanks

Right - You might have to wait till it appears on line (paint a wall, watch it dry). Or if you know one of the parties you might be able to get a copy of the Judgment.
