How much left to lose?

    Hi everyone,

First time poster here :). Decided to lose weight 7 months ago. Gone from 20 and half stone to 15.5 as of today! I'm 20 and 6'4". I go the gym 3 times a week, do weights, 30 min cross trainer and 15 min run. I swim 2km in 50mins 3 times a week (front crawl).

Food wise I stick to porridge made with water for breakfast, tuna and onion brown bread sandwich with an apple for lunch and 2 potatoes, veg and some lean meat for dinner.

Just have a few questions: Is there anywhere I can improve diet/exercise? How much more weight roughly should I aim to lose? I have some stretch marks around the belly, do they fade? Finally does your skin tighten as you lose weight slowly or will I be left with loose skin?

Thanks in advance for any advice!!

Just to put this in other units.

    28.5 KGs in 30 months

Sustaining almost 1 kg week for that long is great. Esp consider xmas was in there too.

The diet is ok. you may find it tough to get the last bit off with bread and spuds everyday.
I dropped both of these from my diet a while ago. It helped me save maybe 2-400 cals a at lunch and dinner. Which means I can have a (healthy) snack at night and still be inside my allowance

    Incredible results, well done.

With your height I doubt you will be left with saggy skin, especially as you lost weight at a nice and steady pace, perhaps some bio oil for the stretch marks will help though.

Diet looks fairly good but perhaps a little carb heavy, try reducing the carbs your have with dinner and lunch, stock up on veg and protein here.
