When did Sendit.com start charging to delivery to Ireland?

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to addresses both inside the UK and outside the UK with the exception of Russia and Brazil.

Please note that we are unable to ship Books and Electronics outside of the UK.

Delivery is free on any orders placed to addresses inside the UK.

There is a charge of 99p per item on deliveries to any countries within the EU.

Bit of a cheek considering their woeful customer service - "In stock, usually dispatched in 3-5 days" meaning you'll get it in about five weeks or whenever they actually get it in their warehouse. Also another bit of cheek talking about the UK/EU considering they're a part of neither region and they're in Guernsey. Royal Mail must do the Channel Islands a favour and class them as UK.

It still appears to be free delivery here. My last order "March '10" also had free delivery, perhaps the FAQ on deliveries has forgotten to mention that Ireland is included.

They've always stated 99p.. they never charge it though.

You sure  I've never seen it before or maybe it wasn't highlighted as it is now?

I asked them via their online support and they said they charge 99p for Ireland - however I just made 2 seperate orders, first a CD (yesterday) and second a DVD (today) and was not charged postage for either of them (the price didn't change either when I added to the shopping basket)...

So why not try an order - I'd be fairly sure you won't be charged delivery.
