My car got hit by a truck while parked outside a shop.The driver admitted liability and the company have provided me with a hire car .My dilemma is the car was worth 9k pre crash and it looks like the damage could be 4k.I dont want the car repaired as the sale value after a major crash will be much less .How can i approach…

Well if it is the accesor will know that when he looks at it. Make sure you meet the accesor when he/she comes so you get the most you can.
