    Is there a cold mix tarmac you can get. I've heard of it but never come across it anywhere.

    Hoping you folks can steer me in the right direction

    there is a cold mix tar you can get. i would not rate it very highly though. as it remains softer than the surrounding tar and it can remain tacky for a while so if anyone walks on it they can drag tar into your house

    should be able to pick it up in ur local hardware/building supplies 20 kg bag cost bout €10-€15 euro laydex a supplier to building suppliers in dublin

    My father had used the cold tar stuff with good result.

    true it took a while to harden. But it did eventually and is a good job.

    put a traffic cone on the repair for a week.
