Moving home. Whats the charge from sky.

I am moving house within the next few weeks and I have a SKY+ HD box (I unsubscribed to the HD channels) and will need to get sky to reinstall the dish for me. I will bring the Dish and brackets with me so all will need to be done is the dish to be mounted on the wall and realigned.

I'm wondering how much sky charges to do this and how long will I be waiting for them to do it?

they used to charge 60 , check their website.

you wont need to bring the dish.
they will put up a new one.

I am doing same, I just cancelled and will get a new install via my wife's name in September if at all.

If you are out of your 12-month contract, then it's probably easier - and cheaper - to get a new subscription at the new address. You can use your existing HD box in another room for the FTA channels, or sell it on Adverts.ie (€50 - €100?). Don't bother bringing the existing dish and brackets.

Thank you for the replies. I called sky last friday and the charge is 77 euro for moving. I left the dish and canble behind and they will install a new dish.
