No going out for me either.

Haven't you heard though that staying in is the new going out... Or so I keep trying to convince myself anyways... :o

I'm trying to lure a friend over for an all nighter though with the promise of a shed load of drink and sandwiches!

Yes, you heard me, sandwiches, I know my place in the kitchen goddamnit!

I'm still hungover from last night, it's not on, my head feels like it's going to fall off. Murder She Wrote:The Celtic Riddle is on RTE1 at the moment for cheap laughs.

Liam Brady is a legend. OK, so he's not the best football pundit ever, but calling him a evil bastard is just a wee bit harsh in my opinion.

Do you really find it strange that someone can have a strong opinion on a subject, but can still find a joke on the same subject amusing?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 20,739 ✭✭✭✭starbelgrade

No - not at all. I have strong opinions on paedophelia, but can still laugh when Frankie Boyle cracks jokes about it. Having strong opinions & a sense of humour are not incompatible traits.

    Yes.

But the really important thing to note is I don't care about your opinion.
I read your posts on the compassion thread, seen that you had thanked the above post and it gave me a chuckle.
I placed the emoticon at the end to emphasise the fact that I really don't care about "catching you rapih", whatever the hell that means anyway.

    Im a little mardy because
    - I have a neuroscience exam on monday
    - I am here in college studying at 4 in the morning
    - I am hungry and there is nowhere to get food
    - The ink in my only pen ran out.

I can't stand him, his music, or his stupid conspiracy theories, though his sister Andrea is a roide.

No, I think Iron Man was the one with Robbie Williams playing the housekeeper-in-drag for his kids.

Robbie's career really took off when he left Boyzone, dumped Kerry Catona & moved into the world of acting.
