    Howdy,

I've a girlfriend here in the big smoke (Dublin) and I've a sister who is coming up to visit me this coming Monday for a couple of nights. Long story short, I'm slightly concerned about how vulnerable girls might be in this increasingly dodgey city.

To carry a gun or knife with the intention of using them is obviously illegal, but is pepper spray or mace legal? Legal or not, do you know where it can be purchased?

    Cheers

Mace/Pepper spray is illegal in Ireland
