Who's the dude with the grey beard at every UL boxing match?

Any time there is a boxing match on telly thats broadcast from UL I keep seeing this dude that looks like Santa that does not move or make any facial expressions and he sits very near ring side. Anyone know who he is? is he just an ordinary boxing fan or someone associated with the sport ? ~B
