Has there been no rant over eflow. You use the motorway and then have 24 hrs to pay, the thing is, you go on their website, you input your reg and then enter in the journeys you made, i believe before you entered n your reg and it showed you how many journeys you had outstanding, this new way is a deliberate attempt for people to make a mistake and overpay.

And then if you miss the 24hr deadline the charge doubles to 6 euro, thats a fcukin joke!!

Dam right it's a joke - it's a disgrace. How do they get away with that. I only received one STR notice but thought I had done a return journey - but i'm not paying twice if I didn't.

    Ridiculous system

i don't want someone to be able to put my reg into the website and find out how many times i've gone through. you have 24 hours to pay. i don't see how you can forget if you've paid or not.

I forgot to pay within 24 hours of passing through M50 as I was doing it for work and was dying with tiredness and overworked.

In fairness, I signed up for an account and they charged me the reduced rate for those journies even though I was late paying.

It's very easy to forget how many times you've passed through if it's not a regular route.

I understand the principle of not wanting people to see your journey frequency - my point is more about not being able to validate what you owe against what you pay.

To be honest I have not looked at the FAQ, but for non subscribers I wonder what the rebate process is for overpaying. If that process is smooth then perhaps it's not so bad
