    Hi everyone,
Would you like to join me and talk something about our break fast ?

Glad to your join and just feel free to let your fingers dance on the keyboard

and exchange your opinion of the breakfast.
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and nutritional experts have referred to

breakfast as the most important meals of the day. But there exists a large numbers

of people in the west who skip their breakfast , to adverse effect on their

concentration ,metabolism and weight. What is your idea about this phenomenon?
And how do u treat your breakfast?
Thank you for sharing your ideas.
    kaylee

I let my breakfast sleep with me in my bed. Some people think it's disgusting but I love it.

If I don't eat breakfast I get light headed, cranky and my vision starts going a bit weird. And when I eat a decent breakfast (or two) I feel great.

I'm one of those people who thinks breakfast should be completely healthy and nutritious. When I'm in the supermarket I sometimes walk down the cereals isle to look at the sugary poison the majority of the world eats. It blows my mind.

I used to have a small breakfast each day as I'm never that hungry first thing in the morning, but that meant I would have to snack each day at about 11, which was a pain. But now I just force a big breakfast into me along with a pint of milk, its a bit uncomfortable eating that much in the morning but it works much better for me, I can work straight through to lunch now no problem.

On special occasions I like taking my breakfast to brunch.
