    Hi guys,

Is there anyone who can provide me with a basic, Wexford style rissole recipe? Something that I could try making in my own kitchen without a deep fat fryer... I'm not in Wexford at the moment and want to surprise a friend of mine with a rissole attempt away from home.

    Thanks!
