Yeah I do...I got a spinner with my confirmation money...and a rubik's cube. Dunno where the rest of it went. Probably paid for the grocery shopping. I've memories of a summer playing with my spinner..and that song 'I won't let you down' by Jim Diamond playing.
I had a red Coke one. My friend had a blue, white and orange Fanta one. I don't know the names of the wee games either. I remember the walk the dog...and one where you held the string in a trianglar shape and swung the spinner like a pendulum. There was an ad on tv for them where a man did different tricks:).

I remember I can coming to our primary school to teach us how to use a yo yo properly. I could never get a hang of it!

But I was in the newer generation of yo yo users so I had one with a light so it looked class when you turned off the lights at night!

There was one that you saved ring-pulls or bottle tops to send away for.

Think it was called the Galaxy Spinner?

Their official name is "Russell Spinners" if you're tying to track one down. I had a few as a kid (destroyed , lost, thrown out or whatever as you'd expect).

I bought a coke one on ebay recently and had a day of fun with it. Was even able to do a few of the tricks this time around thanks to the advent of online video tutorials! :)
