Blues Bands Read Here

Hi all,
Pilgrim Blues Band are playing in Thomas House, Thomas Street (across from Vicar Street) on Friday night the 28th May. We’re looking for another blues band to support us on the night. Unfortunately this won’t be a paying gig however we’ll be suppling the gear i.e. 2 guitar amps (one fender blues deluxe, good for harp), bass amp, drum kit, PA provided by venue, so effectively you just have to turn up and play some blues. Doors are at 8.30 so we’d be looking for the support band to go on at round 9.00 – 10.00 approx. We have the venue until 12.30 so natural there’s no probs for mixed jamming late on with ourselves and other musician friends who may drop in on the night just to fuel that blues fire. There’s a €4.00 charge on the door (mainly to cover the sound engineer cost), naturally waived for the bands.

sounds good to me. me and my band we wanted to play in this pub, so there you go...
not sure if you would be interested in Bluesrock/hardrock band. we do classic covers mixed with blues even go deeply to Delta Blues, but for now there is more classic 60/70's rock on our list. We would be happy to jam after your gig with you.
if you agree then I will ask my guys of their availability. for now I think they all are ok, but need to confirm.
if not, good luck and perhaps see you there.
