I have a PS3 & 360 (plus wii but that doesn't count) that can do everything this says it can do, I have a "media" PC with 4 terrabytes of storage that's linked via TVersity so I can play all media types, I have 4 64gb memory keys for transfering data to play directly from the devices but I still feel compelled to buy this, I think I now know what my wife feels about handbags

Whats the difference between DTS passthrough and regular DTS?

I think it means that it can't decode it, but it'll pass it onto your amp/tv to decode.

That's one of the main things I'm looking out for with these media players. I want/need them to be able to passthrough DTS-MA and Dolby TrueHD to my amp for processing.

Since thats what passthrough means for HD audio, I assume it's the same for standard audio.
