Just wondering if any of you guys can help with a problem with a family member....

girl has baby.....the guy she thought was father and registered as same..
it has come to light through one of them easy dna test thingy's that this guy is not the father....and wants off the birth cert.. the easy dna report is not legal in court of law.

the other guy that was on the scene refuses to acknowlege the chance of the baby being his...how could she go about getting him to take a dna test to resolve the situation???

Issue a paternity suit in the Circuit Court. The court will order tests.
