Hi all, when I go to the Gym/Train ( 7 days ) I usually do about 10mins on the Cross trainer followed by 4 mins at speed on the treadmill then stretch etc, every other day ( eg days I dont do weights ) I swim in a 25m pool for about 1 hour ( lengths/relax ), im just wondering am I doing enough Cardio before I start weights or should I do some more?

I dont have any weight issues etc just wondering is that enough Cardio before I start my routine? I also cycle to and from the Gym.

    Thanks,

    Dave.

Can't see why not. Have you talked to an instructor? What kind of weights programme were you thinking of?

You don't NEED to have done any cardio before starting to do weights. So I suppose the answer is yes.
