    I have an interview for this coming up.

    Does anybody have any experience of the programme or any tips for the interview? Also have to make a presentation which "should demonstrate your suitability for the programme and reflect your understanding of Bank of Ireland's business and the challenges facing banking in Ireland." That's such a broad kind of title, it's hard to know how to approach it!

    Any advice much appreciated!
