I listen to off the ball wednesdays at 8 and go on planet rugby and rugby dump. any other time given to rugby on irish radio, any good rugby websites? thanks

the last word on today fm and george hook on newstalk usually do a rugby segment towards the end of their shows on fridays / mondays or around a game

they're both on at 4.30 to 7

usually the sports sections starts at 6
