sky hd box and bbc 3 problem

ok got a new sky hd box and tuned in bbc 3 via other channels but when i try to watch it the now and next banner refuses to go away. if i hit the back up button the banner reappers about a second later. its made the channel unwatchable. its the only channel is happens on as well. anyone any ideas on how to fix it?

You have to add these channels when they broadcast i.e.after 7pm and before 6am. This is a bug with Sky + HD. If you add a channel while it's off air the banner stays on.

Delete the channels then add them again.
