    I used to run to Leopardstown Race course and do a lap or two of it..Assume you can still do it.

    Cabinteely park or Shanganagh park in Shankill are both nice to run in - not too far from Sandyford.

    If I lived in Sandyford I'd be doing all my runs in the mountains.
