Anyone else tempted to try the pen between the finger's trick?

(I was sitting in work this morning loving the idea of trying it on someone).

I know of one doctor using this to check if people are faking unconsciencousness or lack of sensation
and i've heard ancedotally of it been shown in some medical schools. Also works on toes...
