In short, because you were permanently banned by BuffyBot on 06-01-2010 for attempting to re-register to get around the ban you originally received. Now you have signed up again with the same name (bar the new period at the end).

As is the policy here, any attempt to re-registered while banned results in the new account receiving an automatic permanent ban. Therefore, I am banning this new account, and you can take up this issue in the prison forum where, if you so wish, have a chance to convince us as to why we should lift the ban.
