    Hi,

I am about to start slabbing (well my plasterer is). The inner face of the external walls have a 45mm service cavity, it is a timber frame structure. I was hoping to insulate the service cavity with a 40mm Xtratherm XTUF PIR board (got a good deal from local supplier) and then use 50.5mm insulated plasterboard. Is there any issue with the electrical wiring that is in place in the service cavity?.

    Thanks,

    Castleview
