YouTube slow on 3.1.3

    Hi have unjailbroken iPhone on 3.1.3 have 15mg speed on UPC yet YouTube won't load videos to completion starts off ok then stops quarter of the way through have restored the phone still happening did speedtest that's fine I have a netgear modem that's only few months old am pulling my hair out at this stage? Can anyone help?

    I think thats a you tube issue as thats happening on my pc .
